Free Advertising

Advertising space in The Western Buy and Sell, is subject to cost at rates made public from time to time, and which may be revised without notice. “Advertising” includes classified ads (primarily text only). At the discretion of the management of this company, classified ads may be published free of charge if they are concerned with personal property being disposed of for non-profit purposes. Other conditions may be implemented from time to time, without notice, that will be intended to meet the intent of the terms of use so defined by our management. We reserve the right to charge for classified ads, or refuse to accept advertising from any advertiser when we become aware that they appear to be business operations trying to take advantage of this privilege. We also reserve the right to refuse any ad(s) that may be offensive to significant segments of the public, or may be interpreted as illegal in nature.

The term “Free Classified Ads”, or similar terms used by us from time to time, is intended only to inform potential advertisers that the service is being offered as stated above, and is not intended to mean that all classified ads will be published free of charge all the time. We also reserve the right to offer, from time to time, at our discretion, special deals for individual business operations to partake of free classified advertising, or reduced rates, for
limited periods, or to offer other special deals at our discretion.
